A beautifully crafted body brush, handmade from oak, horsehair and tampico fibre. Horsehair is an excellent material in bathing brushes because it is both soft & flexible and sturdy & durable and has a certain elasticity. Along with a good soap, this brush gives a soft and comfortable leather for a perfect cleansing and exfoliation of the body.  

Allow the brush to dry hanging or standing on the horsehair so that the water is transported away from the wood that is more sensitive to moisture.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
With simple care, these handmade brushes will age beautifully. Clean the brush with liquid soap and warm water, leave to dry with bristles down, and occasionally oil the wood with food-grade oil applied with a cloth.

Handmade by Iris Hantverk in Sweden, who hire and support visually impaired craftspeople to create many of their beautiful and functional products. Made from oil treated oak, horsehair & tampico fibre (from the agave plant).
