RETURNS + REFUNDS

 

Daily Good is happy to accept returns for store credits on most items within 7 days of receiving your order.

To request a return for store credit, please first email jess@dailygood.com.au. Your return must be approved before it is shipped back.

Returned items must be in the same condition they were received, unused and in their original packaging. Please note that all shipping and handling charges are at the customer's expense and must include tracking.

Due to the handmade nature of our many of our goods, we do not accept returns for small blemishes, and slight differences in colour, shape and size to the website photograph.

Please note that we do not offer credits, exchanges or refunds on any sale items (including items purchased using promo or discount codes) or on gift cards.

 

EXCEPTIONS

We take great care to ensure all items are not faulty before sending these to you.

Please inspect your order once delivered and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can address this issue and fix this for you right away.

Any faulty or damaged items will need to be returned in their original packaging within 7 days of receiving the order.

Goods such as personal items (e.g. skincare) or perishable items (e.g. food and beverage items) can only be returned if faulty.

 

REFUNDS

If your return is eligible for a refund, we will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if a refund has been approved. If approved, we will refund via your original payment method. Please note that your refund may exclude shipping costs, and be mindful that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process your refund too.
